1 carb! 👍 pickles, cheese, mustard and ground lean turkey with avocado oil and sage/parsley/garlic/pepper/paprika seasoning. Trying out a SUPER low carb for the next few days. Trying out new things I have read about. Also trying to switch things up to be less predictable for my body, keep it guessing and the scale going down.
