Diario de redwinelover, 09 mar. 10

Didn't weigh myself again, but will tomorrow. My laptop's hard drive crapped out yesterday and that put me in a funk. Of course I didn't have anything backed up. There went the pictures from Paris, along with all the other things that have happened over the last 14 months.
I worked out this morning - Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred and Levels 1 & 2 from Cardio Max. The last 10 min. of cardio (level 2) burned 100 of the approx. 400 calories my workout burned. That should be incentive for me. I'm so hungry today and I'm so wiped out feeling. Probably stress about the computer, but I feel physically tired, like I could take a good nap.
