Walmart has frozen Organic blueberries. Easy to make sure I get a serving of berries each morning! So convenient. Added that to a cup of Fiber One cereal (No added sugar & whopping 28 Grams of fiber). For a little sweetening, one dried date chopped up with about a tablespoon of chopped walnuts for fun). Feeling good about this brunch.

This looks good - I buy the big bag of frozen blueberries and add to smoothies, muffins, and cereals. Nice bit of sweet without all the carbs. Sometime I'll heatup a cup of almond milk and mash in some blueberies with a hint of Stevia - nice warm drink

I do this to my oatmeal with a half teaspoon of cinnamon. It helps utilize the carbs.
