Good morning ya'll! Yes, I am up before noon. Shocker, I know. I actually set the alarm for eight but didn't get up until 9:30. But at least I did get up, and finally got my elusive morning workout, 30 minutes of kickboxing. I have to remember how good it feels afterwards. I must keep it up, and get up early every day during the week. We are suppossed to get a warm day Saturday and maybe Sunday. I hope it doesn't rain. I would LOVE to go walk. I have been stuck in the house for two weeks without a vehicle, and it has been too cold to go walking. I weighed this morning, it was down a little, but small consolation to me. I am glad it was not any higher though. That is the only spike there will ever be on this chart. It's all downhill from here, I swear it.
