I used 3tablespoons of Raw Black Organic Chia Seeds,1 1/2teaspoons of honey ,1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. I mixed it all together and let it sit in a mason jar in the fridge for 8hrs ,so you guys can do it overnight . Then i just topped it with a few raisins ,3cashew nuts and a few apple pieces . It’s so yummy 😋 and satisfying .

So I figured out how to make this.. sort of.. from my chia seeds package.. 1 part seeds to 9 parts liquid.. mix it up well and set in fridge for a couple hours.... I mixed it with Almond Breeze milk 1/2 and 1/2 with water... placed cinnamon on top... fantastic... calories were minimal due to the Almond Milk... protein high from the chia seeds.. metabolism is given a boast from the cinnamon... love it

Hi guys, I tried a version I found on Keto site online. Very creamy & yummy. 1c full fat coconut milk, 1/2c cream, 1/3c chia seeds, 2tsp vanilla extract, 4tbsp (sachets) Stevia, 1/8tsp salt. Mix thoroughly, leave for couple of mins, then stir again & refrigerate overnight. 4 net grams per serve (Makes 4 serves) I just ate a serve with 3 sliced strawberries for lunch! Amazingly good. 304 cals & 4 net grams total!
