Diario de Leesah, 07 ene. 08

I feel guilty...for some reason I feel like I didn't stick to my diet as much as I should have. I put myself on major restriction! I don't like too eat to much during the day, even if it is healthy food. That may sound bad, but it helps me with losing weight, and until I feel like I'm at a healthy weight I don't want to consume too much, especially if it jeopardizes my weight loss. For those of you who are thinking I'm going to gain it all back by not eating properly, I want you to know that during my process I am teaching myself about the types of food that are good for my body, and the types that are not. I look at food that I used to LOVE, and instantly I get a stomach ache. This is a definate learning process for me, I'm not just crash dieting. I want to make this a lifetime process.
On a different note, my son is still sick with an ear infection. I'm worried about him. I'm a first time mother and this is the first experience I've had with my son being ill. I have to say...its nerve wrecking, and so HARD to see him sick! lol...he's only three in and a half months old! Motherhood happens fast! :(
Well... I'm off to make a light dinner for my husband who is also on the South Beach diet with me! Veggies and chicken sounds awfully yummy right now! :)

well, that's some deep thinking Leesah. so, how did you NOT stick to your diet as much as you should have? what'd you do, grab the first bag of chips and eat them all?! LOL
