Well, these next few days will be a challenge; celebrating 13th anniversary at the coast. The lodge wheere we're staying has fresh cookies & coffee in the lobby, a really nice breakfast buffet; last time they had wine & cheese tasting in the evening. I'm planning ahead, checking out menus online to pick the best place for a healthy delicious dinner. I'm taking organic granola bars to have instead of a cookie. I'll have fruit, yogurt, and a little of their delicious granola or a piece of my homemade bread toasted when I visit the breakfast buffet. I'll walk on the beach & in town through the art galleries. I'll have a couple pieces of saltwater taffy; no chocolate caramel apple like last time! I'll have my fatsecret app on my phone.
