First day waking up and having a journal to write in and it feels amazing. Not only talking to my fiancé about my achievements but also being able to write to myself and congratulate myself. Although I only just signed up with FatSecret last night I stared exercising on Monday and i am now down to 104.3kg exact 😍 i am so overwhelmed and proud of mys of for sticking it out for an entire 5 day’s. Lord knows I have been challenged! This mornings weigh In has given me more faith in my training ability and my self in general again. I can’t wait to hit my goal ❤️
