Diario de zeldamc, 25 dic. 17

Today is day one and it is also Christmas Day. Had a big breakfast at waffle house - 768 calories and then ate lightly the rest of the day. That is, until I ate 2 cups of rice chex which put me over my recommended daily calories. Still, tracking and this journal will definitively help me learn.
