So the struggle is very much alive. I have vowed that 2018 will bring a loss of 40lbs. But the struggle really starts when you try to maintain. I watch my history and it looks like a roller coaster. I need to figure out 1) how to lose the weight, but 2) maintaining a lifestyle that keeps it off. It's hard for sure.
