Struggling with carb binges, but started to see an outline of my abdomen today. Continuing to try and IF until lunch each day and stop snacking after dinner. Weight loss is best the longer I have between last meal and first meal.

Well you sound like you have a plan to follow to be successful.. I hope you do very well on your journey towards feeling better...btw.. you did have a drop...better than a gain:)
