WELL!!!! I CHEATED! lol! I drank an awful lot on Saturday night. I went to a friends house and we had FUN! lol...only now, I'm paying for it!! I gained three pounds! Then again... I havent gone POOP in like three days! I'm major constipated! eek! That is probably thanks to the alcohol.
On a different note! I'm in GEAR today! I've done 50 sit-ups so far, and a lot of exercises on my ball. If Jennifer hurrys her butt up I'll be able to head to my moms soon and work out for my hour.
Anyways!! I'm a CHEATER and I feel awfully guilty for it!! BUT I am back at it today, and NO WORRIES! LEESAH did NOT fall off the wagon for good. haha.

LOL! pretty harsh words for someone that has never fallen off the wagon before! LOL. well, looks like I have my own journal to CONFESS on! once you get to the gym and work out, those 3 lbs will go away. they might hang on to remind you WHY you don't want to cheat very often, but don't worry...it'll come off!
