Diario de Goddess International, 22 ene. 18

Ok. Time to get this back on track. I was doing Tabata but dropped the cardio and travelling and late night eating has wrecked havoc. I do week Christchurch and week Auckland, so Auckland I'm good and Christchurch things slide.

NEW PLAN:

Goal - 58kg.
Exercise - Tabata (new programme) alternate walk/run with old abs routine and plank.
Eating - High Protein, low carb. Not pure Dukkan again though. Health eating, meats, fish, veg, fruits. Breakfast always protein Lean, Clean, Protein and see what that brings for a week and 15 hours fasting between dinner and breakfast.
61,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,4 kg a la Semana

What's tabata ?

Tabata is like a high intensity work out. It's interval training so you do timed reps with rests in the middle and it only takes about 25 minutes out of your day. I saw a personal trainer twice and she recommended it as it's quick and fits in with my travel. I can't afford personal trainers often so she just helped set up a programme. I need to get back in to the cardio with it though.
