4.5 kgs lost so far. Almost 1/6 of the way to my goal. Been having a few down days as I am expecting too much of myself. I am wanting to join a gym but cannot afford it at the moment. So I need some ideas of a workout I can do at home???

Could you download an app to help? There are some based around 7 minutes or activity .. can’t recall the name but you might be able to find it searching 7 minutes. Also Tabata timer apps can be good. Intervals of 30 seconds intense (burpees or mountain climbers, star jumps etc depending on your fitness) then 30 secs rest x 10 rounds... for example
