Well, I had a rough start today.. I woke up with the worst headache ever. I made my usual oatmeal and latte, but for some reason ended up feeling very sick halfway through. I honestly felt like I was going to puke. I dont know if I'm sick, because I'm fine now or maybe my body is being a whiny little bee-otch because I changed my diet. Well, anyways, I ate my oatmeal and latte then something weird happened, I drank a full bottle of water and I felt fine. Weird how that works.
ANYWAYSSS... after my bio. lecture I am going to the gym, I am going to take an hour long body tone class, I dont like the instructor (not as a person, but she's a yoga teacher and it translates weird...) but oh well, its a good work out at least. Then I will finish my bibliography for my research paper (the paper that never ends), eat a bannana, and then dinner and bed.
