Well, got the fit bit out and working. Ordered a Aria 2 to go with it and a tape measure to focus more in dimensions than numbers, but is a hard habit to break. tp step on a scale and see it go down and exclaim victory.

Monday I start a water fast. Probably wont make it past a few days before I'll cave in, but I did that last time I lost weight. took 3 shots til I got a good rhythm and my body thrived on a fast. I am sure this time , I should expect the same.

After my fast and weather gets a tad warmer, lunch time walks with my spouse. now, hes promised me for years and failed, but hes got a fit bit now too so He might least keep the promise this time, until hes bored with it.

Sucks being in the middle of no where without side walks and being blind isn't very safe to do often alone, here.

Here's to another day.
