Don’t be so hard on yourself. One evening of overindulgence won’t ruin the whole week. Think about what you’ve accomplished this week already. You made your body and mind stronger! Every workout and every healthy meal are getting you closer and closer to your goal. You may have taken 1/2 a step back, but you’ve gone ten steps forward! Keep on! You’ve got this!

Be easy on yourself. Note how you feel after over indulging, make note of your sleep, weight and mood... and then up your water intake tomorrow, also just continue back to the way of eating tomorrow.

If you had a good week, one bad meal will not be enough to negate it. Just brush yourself off and make tomorrow a great day. You can do this.

There was a line to a song a few years ago that went something like, "...we fall down but we get back up." Here's to you getting back up again!

Hang in there. I have issues with my RDI and I have a long way to go. One day at a time just like everything else. :)

I agree with the above post...we all here or most have done it and my belief now is that was you and your changing and growing to become the new you...the falling down during this journey is going to happen...its after the fall and how we view ourselves.. I believe will dictate our success..its going to be fine and only you know you... you got this....:)

l agree with all the great comments. We all are learning to make different choices. All you did was learn what influenced you to make the choice made & perhaps what choice you want to make going forward. We have a saying at church, "Failure isn't Fatal". Forget, learn & move on. 😗😊👍

This is a process. Even the most perfect diet and exercise program followed perfectly will not provide a straight line downward on a scale. So if your body is not going to react perfectly then how can you expect as a human with mental/mindset/willpower flaws expect to be perfect on your woe. Failure teaches much more than success. Take this as a learning experience and move forward. Note how you feel mentally emotionally and physically and learn from it.

I was only 223 calories over for the day but as a result of eating red meat, i missed a class at the gym the morning because i was sick as a dog. Once i felt better this afternoon, i put in a workout video and exercised. I am a bit happier now that i still did a workout. Im just so obsessed with losing the weight, It bothers me when I have a hiccup. Thats for the encouraging words!❤
