Last night i ate red meat, went over my daily calories by 223 and because of that, I was sick as a dog last night and this morning. I had to miss my HIIT Class😞 I feel much better know and decided to pop in my Cardio Salsa workout DVD so at least I still did a workout. my husband told me to not beat myself up over it but Im actually still upset. Ive become so determined to lose the weight that I dont want anything to get in my way. Ive wasted to much of my life making excuses. 32 years old and im not wasting anymore time. PCOS is a bitch but Im not letting it defeat me or define me anymore!💪💃
