Diario de loosinisfun, 26 mar. 10

gooooooooooooood friday mornin eveyrone...just wakin up...rained all day yesterday...and temps fell all day as well...went from in the 50s down to 31 this morning..not sure what the wind chill is...so no walk again today...well not until it drys out some...went back yesterday to my first journal entries an read them...glad fs keeps them...back when i first started fs i was doing 2.5 miles in an hour an thought i was doing great...lol...and weight was comin off faster to...it did me good to read part of it...cause it made me realize how i had gotten in a rut once i lost weight an started eating out of that healthy zone...yesterday after i read my journal i went back into my food menu an tweaked what i was eating...so i could get all my numbers down even lower...and today im happy to report with lots of water yesterday...an im not even sure how much i had...as i lost count after 8 bottles...the scales are smiling once again...little by little...just gotta tweak here an there...an stick with the program...have a great day...i slept in knowing that it was to wet outside to go walkin...so time for me to make the bed and eat breakfast to wake up my metabolism....have a great day everyone....

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!

2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!

3. EXERCISE...WALK...WALK..WALK..PUSH THE WALKS...KEEP INCREASING THE DISTANCE...!!!!!

4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL

5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE

6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
