Diario de crabby Kat, 23 may. 12

I need to be on a soft food diet for 10 days. I've been having jaw pain & clicking & popping for about 3 weeks. I saw my dentist to get my teeth cleaned today & was there 2 hours. She did a thorough exam & did a scan of my jaws. I have inflammation on both sides (though my left side is the bad side), so she wants me to take Naprosyn for 24 - 48 hours, eat soft foods for 10 days, and continue to have my physical therapist work on my jaws & neck.
So, soft foods. I'll have to get creative. I love smoothies made with greek yogurt & frozen fruit, V-8 Fusion juice. I had soup for lunch, chopped up a slice of my Health Nut bread in my mini food processor & added to soup for protein, fiber, etc. Tomorrow I'll make turkey breast lasagna, adding chopped spinach. Maybe a pasta salad for this weekend when weather warms up again, just no crunchy stuff.
Sigh, I love crunchy stuff.
Anyone have any good suggestions?
