Ok officially out of ketosis, which i expected because I've stayed same weight 5 days now. So I am going to do a 24–48 hour fast. Ate at 4 pm today last. Clock started.
Plan plain ole water fast, but I know I have my BPC should i fiend.
I don't start to get hungry til the 20th hour mark anyways. and fill up fast afterwards.
Have water, herb infused water made, and bone broth just in case
