Had an amazing weekend on duty and stayed on my food plan. My neice came up tp visit and make sureni am doing ok, she is a terrific young lady. It was a little tough to make sure I am eating right and on schedule but it worked out well. Back to my civilian job tomorrow and into the routine. I hope everyone had a good weekend and has a great week.
