Life with children.

This my catch up post. Haven't lost any weight, but haven't gained either. I consider that progress still.

I've sat at 194 since my last fast. I seem to only loose weight during my once a week fast. I'll take it where I can.

Had granddaughter over this weekend. She lives in arizona. Second time I have meet her. She was my shopping helper. She taste tested all my new finds..lol She approved. Well except the sardines.

Made egg cups for everyone and they were a hit.
