Keto/Low Carb lunch to go

Nitrate-free Chipotle chicken, smoked cheddar & bacon deli-sandwich with hot sauce aoli etc.

Lettuce-wrapped instead of bread. Ermahgerd, so good. 😋

Yeah, I've been doing Keto for over a year and I had never tried ordering a deli- shop style sandwich like this. I wanted to share it so others can take advantage of the idea--- with the pic on your phone maybe you guys can show your local deli how it's wrapped in green leaf lettuce and paper. I was blown away at how "sandwich" like it tasted. I think the melted cheese holding the bacon & chicken helped. Every day it still amazes me how much weight I've lost just by tweaking the carbs right out of my diet (and eating tons of greens daily). 😊👍
