Valentine Banquet in the evening last week. Hate evening eating. I don't usually. Over ate then had a bug that didn't feel like a bug for 2 days and very little food, so I was up a pound. Frustrating. I love this site and this way of keeping track. Most successful I believe I have ever used.
We got up to ice this morning, but has melted off now. We are North Central Kansas. South of us was much worse. Schools were 2 hours late here and many closed down south. Daffodils are coming up.
