As many have said, measuring yourself is a great way to really see what's happening with your body. The scale may lie, but measurements usually don't. This morning, I realized that in December I went "down" to one of my old belts that was in the closet.

I tried it on and the first hole was all I could use. This morning I noticed that I'm now in hole 3, and may be moving more soon! So, pay attention to the belt if the scale seems to be lying to you!

Strange with the scale. Over the last week i start to see blood vessels on my thigh. That's a first. But my weight go up. Can feel the fat get less on stomach too. I've started putting my food on the scale instead. Lol.

The scale was going up for multiple weeks, and I ‘felt’ thinner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ now it’s going down. 🤦🏻‍♀️It does what it wants! LOL It’s kind of a strange guessing game.

The belt is a good way to track progress. The scale can’t track your actual composition, but usually if you lose mass around the waist, it’s mass that you don’t want
