953 calories for the day is amazing. Could been little less (if less cheese). but ye. One must not cut too much. Otherwise your body thinks it's starving and keeps back the gainz

Thanks @Eugene300. ...will definitely take less of the cheese. Any suggestions on anything else that is as filling as cheese?

maybe add some other veggies or greens. (Brussel sprouts or wilted spinach. side salad maybe. Some cucumber, tomato, onions with light vinegar pickle) but as I mentioned below 1000 calories per day is amazing. I normally push 2000 per day (I try to do 1800)
