I'm hoping by the time I go to the doctor this week I'll have lost 10lbs. The VLCD isnt the greatest but it's manageable for now. I'm not hungry until late afternoon/early evening time. I have my dinner and snack then head to bed 2 hours later. I want to stick with this plan so bad because I see progress immediately which is a good motivator. But when I get hungry boy those cravings really fight me to give up. Pressing on tho. This is a test of mind over matter. I will succeed.
