How did you make your chia pudding?

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup chia seeds
Mix milk and raspberries in blender. 1/4 cup seeds in 2 jars divided equally. Pour mixture equally. Shake and refrigerate 6+ hours

That sounds really good! I have some chia seeds, just may have to make me a pudding!

I like to process them into a powder in the coffee grinder first. You get my nutrients from them, and I think they are more palatable. I've been eating them "every" day fr 3+ years,

For my first attempt it was not bad. Next time I might add more fruit to give it more flavor. I was hesitant to make it, but went and bought the almond milk so then I knew I would make it. It had just enough sweetness to it to satisfy my sweet tooth but more fruit and it would be a winner

I love my Chia pudding! I had to experiment a while before I found tastes I like, but I make it weekly!

Since I cannot have much fruit, I wonder if adding a few drops of stevia in it would help to sweeten it w/out ruining the flavor. Has anyone tried that? Guess I will have to experiment, but it would be great to have chia pudding for breakfast occasionally instead of always oatmeal.

Maybe honey would be good also

If I can find some organic raw honey, I might try that (will probably have to order it online, no healthy markets or food stores in my area), but since I am diabetic, I have to be careful with sweeteners.

check with your local farmer's market. The local honey is also great for allergies!

I've been interested in trying this. I have Chia seeds and make Chia drinks but haven't gotten around to pudding. I don't normally buy almond milk, and that's what most recipes call for.

The almond milk was a gamble but it tastes pretty good. The texture is like a tapioca
