Thank you,Guys, Palesa, yesterday i have Mochacos chicken Wrap and few of the chips, as they are delicious, and evening a had Woolies chocolate ice-cream with almonds and honey. MY Down fall is bread, but will try and have it every 3rd day.

wow, if I could it that in a day I would definitely gain a kilo... I have the worst metabolism of all.. I guess you are blessed with a good one

HELL NO ! Palesa, i have to keep moving, its part of our new life style, other wise the weight will just come back from old habits.
