Pigged out last night! It started with zucchini & tomatoes dish; had 4 servings as well as my serving of Turkey Lasagna! After that, my partner brought me a pint of lowfat chocolate frozen yogurt, which I ate half of! Groan! I thought my stomach would explode. I need to remember that feeling and NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! Didn't blow my calories ceiling, but still! Must be kind to my body.
