Diario de kearamccardle, 05 mar. 18

I haven't eaten since friday. I tried today, but my nerves are so off the charts, It didn't stay down. Not exactly how I wanted to lose weight, by emotional trauma.

Good thing I have all this fat my body for function on, until I can get past the feeling of wanting to die.

Not sure how long that will take, but I'm sure it will , even if I don't feel like it ever will right now.

Hey that sounds serious! Can you see a doctor? I always think that they can give people medication to feel better so that they can overcome what they are going through. Please take care of yourself!

Be sure to get plenty of water! Do you know any stress lowering methods? Maybe you could try this: go to YouTube and search 'tapping for depression and anxiety' or something similar. Try following along with some of the practictioners til you find one you like. We have experienced absolutely crazy-great results from that method. May you find exactly what you need at this time!

the tapping does work! But my thing is to take a piece of paper, write down what (or who) is bothering you and why. Fold it up, Say a prayer (or release chant). Burn it! over a candle or a fire, just watch all that negativity and problems going up in smoke, leaving only peace behind. Best of all, no one else has to know what you wrote! Just you and the Angels.

You are right that you will feel better in time. Meanwhile, remember that we all need a little help sometimes and don't hesitate to see a doctor if you can and/or think it would help. The suggestion above also sounds good. Do you think that you might have the flu on top of being upset? Try sipping some broth or juice or anything that sounds appealing as long as its real food, and nibble some soda crackers. Be gentle starting back to food but do start! Not eating will make everything feel worse. I know its hard but try pampering yourself. Take care of yourself with the love you would show someone else who was feeling crummy the way you are now.

One more thing, if someone did something to you to traumatize you, don't hold it in. Find the appropriate person to talk it out with or report it to.

So sorry that you are going through a hard patch. Medical advice seems to the consensus here. Are you only a complete fast or a restricted calorie fast (aprx under 500 calories)? Almonds and cherries are great mood foods. There are some others but these two come to mind since I love them so much. Please take care of yourself! Complete fasting (0 calories) or restricted calorie fasting isn't for everyone, and for some only under a doctor's supervision.

Right now , look in the mirror and say I am a good person , I am worth living for , now is just a moment in time , and get yourself something to eat - Do you have someone that you talk with when you are feeling so low ? My prayers are with you , God Bless

Stop not eating, It's making you melon choly, the same as having a bad trip, once you get some nourishment in to you..you'll come out of it.

wow well..I ended up at Aurora Pavilion. Im safe just broken. The not eating was just depression. I tried just wouldn't stay down. Maybe in a few days , the meds they put me on will stop the anxiety attacks, heart racing, shaking, mind racing, motions suck is all I can say.
