New to this. Have been going to weight watchers for the last 3 months. Got frustrated, 1 bad day would ruin a whole weeks work. Couldn't take it anymore. Decided to do something different. I like low carb diets, wanted to try it while on weight watchers. This is day three, and so far so good. Lots of veggies, lots of water. We'll see next week when I weigh myself. Trying to keep the "its a lifestyle" way of thinking.

I've just started a week ago and I really like this diet so far and my hubby is getting used to it to. I've never tried weight watchers, but have tried Atkins, the Zone and I used to be anorexic as a teenager. I was 98 lbs in High School! I guess I just went the other way. At any rate, I'm trying to get "healthy" and I think it's good that you're thinking of this as a Lifestyle change. I know I am too. Hang in there, and best of luck!

I have tried many other diets and I have done the pills. This diet is the best lifestyle change but the results are slower than some of the other unhealthier ways of weight loss. Keep in mind that in order to keep it off, it tends to come off slower. Good luck!
