just went to my assessment for my 6 week training program and I'm super pumped to het started. Thursday is day 2 and will learn what I'm going to be doing to help lower my bmi, weight, and become a healthier me! Body scan said 241 for weight but I'm sticking with my scale for now. can't wait to track and show the progress and see the results myself!
