Feeling better about myself. After totally eating whatever I wanted and avoiding exercise for a few weeks, I managed to gain 10 lbs. Well that's done. Sticking to my diet, exercising for the past week got me in the mindset again. After I lost 90 lbs several years ago, I tried other "diets" and only managed to gain weight. The only method that works for me is Fatsecret and counting my calories. To be conscious of what I eat makes me accountable. So I have to stop, think and ask myself "Do I want to spend that many calories on a particular food". The answer is usually no and then I find something that is better for me, less calories and that satisfies my hunger. Gotta keep on track. I've got a closet full of great clothes that I WILL get back into.
