Diario de jamielikewhoaaa, 04 abr. 10

Hello fellow FS followers!

Right now, I'm pretending to work at my droll hotel, the Renaissance. I'm pretty pleased with my progress for today. My carb levels were pretty good until I had a Power Bar, which I should have definitely saved for a day filled with strenuous activities.

Anyways, I was doing some calculations this morning and realized that 6 egg whites have about 27 grams of protein in them & that's why when I eat an omelette in the morning, I am sustained for so much longer than when I eat an english muffin with bacon, which only has about 3 grams of protein. So I'm trying to execute this plan where I eat more protein & fewer simple carbs... to keep myself from gorging when I do eat. So far, the results have been fantastic but it's only day 1.

Me: My son.. He is little spark of life. He finds joy in new things & situations. Everyday is a learning day and he cannot wait to seize it. When I am with him, it is like I am learning about the world all over again. I can't wait to see where this adventure will take us <3.
