goooooooooood monday morning everyone...woke up early..guess i had enough sleep last night...today...rain is headed into the area, but gonna try an get a morning walk in before it gets here...get this day started out right...was so nice again yesterday afternoon after a cool morning...temps are suppose to be in the 80s today...but rain and storms are moving thru for next 3 days...so im thinkin i better get my walk while i can...since i havent been in 2 days...right now the temp is 68...so shouldnt have to put any layers on...lol...well...gonna eat alittle something for carbs..an head out ..have a great day everyone...
