Diario de loosinisfun, 05 abr. 10

as most of you kno, well any of you that are regular readers of my journal...on march 14 of this year i decided to try eating differently then the way i had been taught all my life..instead of eating at the scheduled time...for breakfast, lunch and supper...i decided to try just eating when i was hungry...since i have better control over just eating smaller portions of most everything now...i figured it would make more sense to only eat when i was actually hungry instead of eating even if i hadnt burned off the calories...i did catch myself the first few days eating at the regular times cause it was a life habit...but over the last 3 weeks or so, i now only eat when im hungry...and sometimes i put it off until i catch myself piecing more then i should be...i plan on continuing this, as it seems to be workin better for me then eating when i was taught...i by no means am starving myself...i have to much flab left on my body to work off yet...but clothes are starting to fit like they did last summer once again..so im guessing that im gettin firmer in places that gained over the winter time...just thoughts for anyone thats stuck or needs ideas to try...have a great day...

Way to go Mike for switchin' it up and makin' it work for yas!!! =D According to the ol' chart over there, it's workin' quite well, indeed. Yes, we do have to switch things up at times, and I see nothing wrong with a controlled way of eating as you've described. Great job on listening to your body! Way to start rockin' it all up all over again! :) xoxo
