Made a kick butt juice this morning. It's not the best tasting juice, but WOW did it give me a boost of energy to start my day! I juiced: 3 lg Red Kale leaves 1/2 bunch Spinach 1/2 bunch Parsley 1 big chunk Ginger 2 red bell peppers 1 lemon 1 habanero pepper 1 apple It made about 16-18 .oz of juice It was little spicey, but so invigorating. I was charged. Gonna do this everyday I can.
