day 237....7 outside today..and a wind chill of -10.. have decided to take the day off from a morning walking..yesterdays walk and then going to the gym drained my energy big time...so just gonna go to the gym today and get my workout in there...temps are suppose to come up for the next week, so that will be nice..55 on sunday..will be like summer out..hahahahah..then naturally its gonna cool bck off again..o well ..its not really been that bad a winter so far..so guess thats a good thing..well evryone have a great friday, work that weight off...catch you all later...

ADDON: got my 45 minute walk on the elliptical today..did the first 11 minutes backwards..on a 11 resistance and hill program..than had to do the rest going frontwards...figured if would be a differnt workout, an would work differnet muscles...then did the weight routine..glad its over for 2 days..lol..

I agree with Bully...I get all my inspiration from YOU! I see that you went down another two pounds. Dang! You've got me beat in the gym today. I never made it there. I have a good excuse though...but I still feel guilty over here. I'm really looking forward to taking the weekend off, but now that I owe myself another day...might have to hit the gym on Sunday...the worst thing about having buddies online is not being able to work out with them! Hey, do you watch The Biggest Loser??
