When is the best time of day to weigh your self & how often per week?

I prefer once a week. Monday before my coffee/breakfast. There's no wrong time, just stay consistent.

Agree with DS107 consistent I weigh every two weeks then I don't't have to deal with the body's constant fluctuations

First thing in the morning - buck nekkid LOL shortly after I get up. That way it is consistent - otherwise there will be more fluctuations due to food and drink intake and out-go.

it is an individual choice - I will say that it is important to be consistent. I weigh once a week on Monday morning after the shower...mostly. ;-)

Every Friday morning, after coffee and my workout. I never deviate, unless I become curious, but that usually either brings heartache or a false sense of security which has the tendency to cause me to jeopardize my weeks worth of work.

Morning, before breakfast. Weekly, just be consistent. Watch for other signs that you are losing.
