Here is a very interesting article regarding how calorie intake reduction may slow aging, and even extend life.

One part I find interesting, "Few people would want, or be able, to restrict their diet as severely as the participants in the study. “But understanding the biology of how restricting calories extends life will allow us to find easier ways to intervene,” says Anderson."

I've reduced my calorie intake much more than the 15% these control groups did. I would imagine most ppl here have. I average about 60% of my RDA.
