Thanks for raising awareness, never considered this before. Besides the benefits, which are many, there are also side effects that users need to be aware of. I will research this more and will likely incorporate it into my nutrition.

You're welcome. I found it to be very informative, both articles. I've been using the magnesium oil for a couple of months now and it has definitely improved my sleep. I found this because I wanted to see if there was a difference between the oil and oral supplements.
