Diario de jillybean, 26 ene. 08

woowee, last night, I did my usual stupid thing and drank some beer. Yeah, I'll probably regret that if I stand on the scale! I walked 8 1/2 miles yesterday just to help that a little. I'll probably walk similar today if I can stand it. I cannot stand to think that I may have gained weight. Back on to the eating right again today. I guess thats the only thing I can do to save myself if I did gain any weight.

I read recently that beer may be good for you in the same way wine is. So it could be worse. When I was a skinny person in college I drank like a fish and only gained 5 lbs overall because I naturally gravitated toward eating less without even thinking about it. Do you think you eat as much when you drink beer?

walking 8 miles will surely burn off some fat and calories! Good for you. How long did it take you?

I would love a beer! That is alot of miles! Good for you. I was only able to walk 5 today due to the blisters causing me so much pain on the bottom of my feet. Good job girly!

I started running/walking combo and it works so well for me. I am an impatient person when it comes to exercise (the quicker the better) or else I get bored. I started walk 2 mins jog 1 min for 30 mins (2 miles) and worked my way up gradually to run 5 mins walk 1 min for 50 mins (counting warm up and cool down) for 3.5 miles. I get a better cardio from it than walking.
