I just have to say I enjoy reading all the journal entries. I feel like I’ve learned so much since I joined. One thing is I’m not the only fat person out there! Yes I know logically I already knew this but I’ve always felt I’m the only morbidly obese person struggling with their weight and being ashamed of that weight. I’ve seen several on here that are in my same boat and to me it’s encouraging to know that they too can beat this! Another thing I’ve learned is that whether you have 10 pounds to lose or 200 pounds to lose it’s a battle. We all have issues with our bodies. Finally I’ve learned that this is a safe site and I can share my struggles and not be ashamed (for the first time ever!!!). Thank you FS for giving me hope. ❤️
