With all else being equal, Shouldn’t have any significant difference compared to any other way of dieting/eating

If you want to do it go ahead, no harm in it. You may enjoy it. As long as a deficit is present you’ll lose weight just like any other “diet” or way of eating

I have tried it, and it was absolutely terrible, not only did it mess up my digestion but havent been able to eat boiled eggs for a couple years now(slowly coming back). The experience taught me a lot. You shouldn’t have to go that extreme with your diet for most any reason, simply stick with a 10-15% caloric deficit and be patient. Dont rush the results and you’ll see quality weight loss :)

But the only thing remember that if u loose weight with this diet once u go back to eating more calories u might gain weight. Like I made peace with eating eggs n chicken 5 days a week for the rest of my working life. After that I’m ok with being fat 😅😋 jajaj (jk Ill worry about that later on)

I'm glad to see that the diet includes fresh fruit and vegetables, otherwise I'd be concerned that it would cause constipation or diarhea. I've found that eating low carb and high fat works best for me. It's the only diet that I can continue for the long term because it's so easy, and I'm benefiting from it in more ways than one.

Eggs are a huge part of my diet. They are a very cheap high quality protein. I eat them most days. Chicken is good too for the same reasons.
