Diario de JLThreatful, 29 mar. 18

Yesterday was a gain and today was a loss. I learned a couple things along the way more importantly. I've been get the gentle subtle hints others have been giving me about good fats. I've been focussed on calories because that's what I know. The low calories work - yes they do. But after a breakfast of the tiniest steak and half an avocado and an egg and sautéed mush and onions in avocado oil... of the smallest portion. I worked a 9 hour shift yesterday, went to orange theory had a dentist appointment and was totally productive without being hungry all day. I made sensible meal choices and didn't binge on anything. I am going to learn macros. I am going to do some actual research. This is a lifestyle choice I think I could manage. Day 19. No alcohol. Cha cha cha!
