Happy, Happy Friday my lovely ones!!! I trust that you are all still plugging away at your goals...I am so proud of you all! I on the other hand am at a halt and "Old Betty" and I are in a little war right now; however, we shall have peace very soon. LOL

I must say that I have missed you all as I have not checked in on ya. How have you all been? I suppose that I will have to fly by your pages and see...Get on your mark, set, go....haha

BTW, I am not weighing in until "Old Betty" has raised her white flag and is playing nicely... That should be soon as I have given her a run for her money! LOL

Nonetheless, you all are still beautiful and magnificent from the inside out. I mean that and don't let anyone tell you any different. Our bodies are temporary yet, our spirits live on. That is were the "true" beauty lies anyway right?! Although, we continue to seek complete wholeness once again that is mind, body & spirit!

Just to be clear everyone, I have not quit my weight loss journey. I will NOT give Up until I see my weight and health goals come true!!! We all fall down but, we get up. So I am going to continue to ride this wild horse...Ye-Haw!!! LOL
