I am so sick of looking at fat! I need to quit weighing myself in the mornings....I said it in a previous journal entry that I weigh myself daily so that I know if I'm making progress or not. Here I work out every day for at the very least, 2 hours and I eat the same amount of calories or less than the day before and what do I see when I stand on the scale? Oh NO!! I dont see the 207 I saw yesterday..today I see 208 I'm still not going to give up but I'm on edge about this.

we are all sick of looking at our fat which is exactly why we are here!! Yes? we all see fluctuations in our weight which is why some of us don't weigh daily and there are many factors to take into account if you are up slightly from the day before.. You've been doing amazingly, don't give up now!

If you are working out 2 hours a day, you need to make sure you are taking in enough calories. I wouldn't go below 1200 a day. Also, vary your caloric intake everyday. Your body gets used to the same thing everyday. Eat different foods! Up your protein and drink plenty of water. If you don't get enough fuel for your body, you can stay the same weight or even gain from it. You need to eat to lose weight. Good luck!

Also sweetie---they tell you it really doesn't matter what the scale says. Look at how things are fitting differently. Also don't weigh every day, weigh once a week. Your weight will fluctuate due to fluid retention and also you are working out so you will also gain MUSCLE. And muscle weighs more than fat. Don't get discouraged. You are doing great.
