It was a beautiful weekend for biking and yard work. On Saturday I rode with our cycling group and cranked out 48 miles - my longest ride for this year so far. I definitely feel stronger this year thanks to loosing 20 lbs and going to my 6am boot camp cycling classes twice a week since December.

Then on Sunday my husband and I went to town for landscaping supplies. I brought my bike and rode home - 22 miles. It was a good recovery ride as I had a 20 mph wind to my bike! Still I had some hills to climb so I still got a workout. Then we did yard work for a couple of hours.

This morning back to boot camp cycling class and it was a killer. I hope I have worked off the lunch I had at McDonalds yesterday - my first fast food hamburger and fries for a long time.

Wow, I am so impressed. Your biking and yard work is awsome. I'm jealous I wish I could do that. I am permanently disabled, unabled to do most things. You really inspire me. I am going to start aqua therapy tomorrow, I will do my best. Thank you for opening my eyes I guess I could try... Thank you, Linda
